The outrageous EPA continues on the rampage, this time against rain water runoff. The EPA must be brought under control, and it can be if the Obama administration is terminated.
The entire administration must be terminated, but this country is too stupid to see this
This is all about UN Agenda 21 implementation. The EPA is a back door to moving power from the private sector to the Federal Government who in turn is consolidating Americas resources and finances through regulation and enforcement by the IRA, EPA, ad infinitum, in order to help establish the NWO.
Other then Obummer ( i can't say it's name or write his name in disgust of him), there is no more backdoor regulation scamm that is fooling the American public into believing they are "looking out" for the American people. while all they are doing is regulating our lives into hand cuffing our freedoms, to do what we deem right, within our own live's,. The water that has been here for BILLIONS of years is just fine by itself! HAND OFF! , EPA needs to be either abolished or have their " ILLEGAL regulatory authorities "removed, TODAY! clearly they are a power sick, and are off to do harm to our already feeble( thats calling it mildly) economy!!

Residential rain water collection systems would be a much better solution. A 1,000 square foot roof unloads 650 gallons of water per one inch of rain. The rain is collected in underground tanks at each house and then reused for irrigation and is even perfectly fine for clothes and dish washers. I have a system like this and it saves me over $600 a year on water and sewage bills….If the EPA was smarter…if pigs could fly….yea…hell will freeze over first.
Isn't that against regulations to do that. i saw on TV that one man did it and he got fined. Forgot the details. Keep it secret so the govenment doesn't find out.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) have been required for years on construction projects that impact more than 1 acre of land. Ever notice all that black silt fencing along highways where they are doing road construction; part of the SWPPP. These plans and implementation add thousands to the cost of the construction and most of the time they don't work. But it provides jobs for government employees.
I've never heard of a plan that required homes to be demoed and grass planted. However, when it come to EPA nothing surprises me.
Why can't we just ignore the EPA just like Obama ignores the Constitution?
This is beyond the absurd. The EPA idiot that thought this one up might want to submit to psychiatric help. As far as the head of the EPA is concerned, Lisa Jackson long ago proved her complete disconnect with not only reality but her limitations as an appointed political hack.
