A representative with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), along with Alaska Gov. Sean Parnell, traveled to the town of Chicken for a meeting on Saturday to defend an armed raid by the federal government on a remote gold mine targeting “alleged water polluters.”
Sean Doogan of the Alaska Dispatch reported that the meeting at the local community hall resulted in more questions than answers. Forty people were gathered to hear why it was necessary for armed guards wearing body armor to come “bursting forth, with no warning, from the trees to look for dirty water.”
Seems like a bit of overkill. The raid was justified because local state troopers allegedly told the EPA that Chicken, Alaska “was rife with drug and human trafficking.” The problem, Doogan wrote, was that “the Troopers deny having said any such thing.”
Ken Fisher, the Alaska Deputy Director, was the representative speaking for the EPA, but he “was often asked questions he couldn’t answer.” Considering that Fisher has nothing to do with the “Environmental Crimes Task Force,” it is no surprise that he could not answer questions.

Interesting that this action should mirror what the Brown Shirts in Nazi Germany did to the Jews before WWII. Hitler's Brown Shirts were a political and paramilitary organization of the Nazi party at that time and was not an official government organization until later, such as this armed group of officers in Chicken, Alaska. And, that's the only difference.
So, if we are still a country that respects the rule of law then the EPA regulations, crated under the now criminal and illigimate Obama administration that ignores the Constitution and the rule of law, themselves, become criminal and can morally be resisted. When they start bleeding they'll start changing.
To avoid that unhappy possibility, the sheriiff's and Chief's of Police in each and every state must be notified of their sworn constituional responsibilities and refuse to support unlawful Federal police actions that now seem are becoming common place. America will become a total police state if it is not stopped now! Chicke, Ak., is as good a place to start as any. Because the Federals wear black suits, helmets and armor, doesn't mean thy won't bleed. Greiving families will soon reign in the unlawful activities of Obama's government.

No problem with them checking the water samples in and around the mining operation but to go in with a
fully armed swat team is nothing more than b latent military style exercise for a agency that is preparing to
attack and possible kill Americans. They though that being in the back woods of Alaska they could pull
it off with out anyone being the wiser to their exercise. But when caught they revert to the typical government
tactics of lying, lying and lying some more. This is but the tip of what is about to happen in our nation if
we do not wake up and stop this attempted coup by the White House and others in political office. They
want to overthrow over government and make into their image of a Socialist Democratic Utopian nightmare.
The EPA is out of control….their phantom accusations of drugs and human trafficking taking place in CHICKEN AK is so ridiculous, it makes them look like a bunch of fools!! "Human trafficking" in a town with a population of 15 total people in the winter, and maybe 100 in the summer including all the part-time miners. No electricity, only generators, no plumbing (you can use their community outhouse)…..it's laughable!!! The stupid EPA and their "sluice box raids" probably cost the taxpayers thousands of dollars…..CHICKEN is out in the middle of nowhere, with only highway access in the summer. Their gestapo tactics are a disgrace to America….but then, that's what they are about, apparently with the full backing and support of the WH!!!! Disgusting!!!

We've been heading down this road for a long time… and every day, the road gets narrower, and more difficult to turn around on. WHEN will we become willing to go into the ditch, risking all, to turn around and correct what has been done, in the name of "correctness", "for the good of the people", and "fundamental change".
WHEN will that be…. would that be just after we, who actually recognize what is happening are put into the mass grave?? Or, are we going to wait, until our grandchildren are put there too??? Or maybe, just maybe it would be best to wait until the entire World Order, dies off… then we can arise from the dust and ashes… and live in freedom, once again???

They got a new issue of "How to Utilize Gestapo Tactics" and wanted implement them ASAP. By the way they love the new body armor and helmuts it makes them feel important

I have seen the economic damage that EPA has done to the USA. There initial actions when first started were fully supported as they did clean up the air and water at a positive benefit to cost factor. BUT, since the early 90's they have become a political arm of a Socialist government ran by Marxist Democrats. EPA has grown to a huge organization with highly paid government employees. The Cost benefit of most of their regulations since 1985 have been NEGATIVE. EPA has turned into a political NIGHTMARE. THey must be abolished.
This should be a sufficiently ridiculous event to awaken even our congress.
they most probably don't have the guts to abolish, but perhaps they could do a 50% reduction in funding for a start.
These is no reason to have military forces outside the military. Obama, The EPA and 69 other agencies have some military forces since Obama came into office. Mr. Transparency is anything but Transparent.
Under Obama the 60's radicals and their offspring permeate the administration delighted in their ability to lie cheat and steal from Americans. The sleazy group has fouled up everything they ever touché and is currently fouling up America at every level. Obama is incompetent and leads an army of incompetents.

There is no justification for this kind of action. Write your congressman and tell them that the only Feds that should be carrying a badge and gun should be the U.S. Marshals, FBI HRT, and the Border Patrol. The Dept of Agriculture, the EPA, the GAO. None of these agencies need to be carrying a fire arm. If they feel the need to act on a warrant, they should be doing it with the local Sheriff's people. We do not need, nor do we want Para Military Police in this country. It can only result in innocent people being killed.
I know that if someone jumped out of the woods at me, there would be several people going to the morgue. If you jump at me with a firearm, I'm not going to wait to ask who you are and if we're in the back country and you yell "Police". I'm not going to believe you. Either way, a lot of people are going to the morgue.
There is not one word in the Constitution authorizing the EPA. (Obama didn't start it, but he is "sicing" it.) And, Article X of the BILL OF RIGHTS says: "The powers not delegated to the United States, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States, respectively, or to the people."
The feds are in direct violation of the Constitution, and therefore, enemies of the Constitution that I, and every law enforcement officer in Alaska have sworn to defend against. Now, the local sheriff should raise a posse and dispose of the situation.
