A recent article posted by Marketwire notes that EPA rules have had a negative effect on the railroad industry, “… with new limits substantially lowering domestic coal demand.”
The Association of American Railroads (AAR) reported that U.S. rail carloads originated in March 2012 totalled 1,123,298 – down 69,190 carloads or 5.8% compared to March 2011.
“There is no denying that coal is a crucial commodity for railroads, and there’s also no denying that recent declines in coal traffic are presenting significant challenges to railroads right now,” said AAR Senior Vice President John T. Gray.

Look on the bright side, fewer jobs mean less traffic and less traffic means less demand for oil and gas. This would mean fewer people being killed on the road, means the price of food would increase so fewer families can afford to eat, so fewer obese people in the country. Shut down the EPA and rescind all rulings since Lisa Jackson (and Obama) have been in office. Send her to Gitmo as the traitor she is. She has helped Obama cripple the coal industry and force the closing of many power plants. These are jobs lost. I thought the idiot in chief promised to create jobs, not eliminat them. Agree. However, government people, including the president, cannot create jobs, only hire more bureaucrats to be paid
by our tax money, and that he has done (TSA is but one example) in spades. The only thing he/they can do is get out of
the way and take their taxes, rules and silly regulations with them so that the private sector can grow and increase

If we make it to Nov. We have a congress that is like the three monkeys "See no evil, Do no evil and Say no evil" It's time for them to start doing what they were elected to do. We will not make it Nov. if they they don't . By not doing anything they are as guilty and as responsible for the direction our country is going.
The Congress Republicans cannot do any thing until they get control of the Senate, everything they want to do Harry Reid's Senate shuts them down,when they get control of the Senate, then Obama will be impeached or tried for treason, but remember you need control of both houses to do that, right now Congress can only attempt to hold Obama at bay for now, Keep the faith vote Republican.
You need both the Congress and Senate in Republican control to Impeach or try Obama for treason, or Harry Reid wil shut congress down everytime, Congress can only attempt to hold Obama at bay at this time, Keep the faith and vote Republican in Nov.
