We have had clean coal emissions standards in this country for 30 years. To increase those very stringent standards by the EPA only serves to drive the cost of coal fired power generation up exponentially. This drives all companies serving the coal industry out of business.

Obama won the coal producing states! They have no one to blame but themselves for their loss of jobs!
When all the coal mines are closed and all the coal fired power plants off line, will the people of those states still vote for such as Obama? Since they voted for it, lets just shut down the power plants in those states first. Then, not only no job, but no electricity either.
Great idea!
